A: The R&D 100 Awards Banquet is a black-tie event, scheduled for November 20, 2025 in Scottsdale, Arizona held at the Grand Hyatt Scottsdale Resort. You can find more information, here.

• 4:00 PM – Registration and check-in is open
• 5:00 PM – Cocktail reception on the terrace Court
• 6:45 PM – Awards Gala Dinner in the Vaquero Ballroom
• 7:00 PM – Professional Awards Presentations in the Vaquero Ballroom
• 7:15 PM – Dinner service begins
• 7:45 PM – Award Presentations for R&D 100 Winners
• 9:30 PM – End of the night!

A: Partial refunds are available based on the following cancellation schedule:
$300 returned if cancelled by 10/3/25
$200 returned if cancelled by 11/7/25

A: There is no special pricing for a spouse or guest.

A: Award winners will walk up front to receive their award. A professional photographer will take a photo of each award winner(s) with their award in front of an R&D 100 Awards backdrop. There are no speeches given by award winners.

A: There is no restriction on who may attend the R&D Awards Gala. Companies may send as many representatives/guests as they would like.

A: The R&D 100 Awards Gala is a black-tie event. Come dressed in your best!

A: Registration opens: 3:00 PM
Cocktail reception: 5:00pm – 7:00 PM
Doors to dinner open: 6:45 PM
Champagne toast and presentation of Professional Awards: 7:00 PM
Dinner: 7:15 PM
R&D awards presentation: 7:45 PM

A: There are 10 seats at each table. The event is open seating unless you purchase a table.

A: The last day to register and receive an award plaque is November 6, 2025.

The last day to register for the event is November 13, 2025.

A: There are several airport options, please choose whichever is convenient. Local airports are: Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport, Scottsdale Airport and Phoenix Deer Valley Airport.

A: All winners receive one award plaque. If someone from your team cannot attend the Awards Gala to accept the award, the award plaque will be mailed to you after the event. If you want to order additional plaques through our order form, here.

A: Yes, dietary restrictions and allergies will be accommodated if noted during registration. Gluten-free, dairy-free, and vegan options will be available on the menu.
