Schedule of Events
Join us for a delightful evening of celebration and networking with your peers. Please refer to the schedule of events below to plan accordingly.
- 3:00PM – Beginning at 3:00PM you may pick-up your event ticket(s) at the event registration desk in the lobby of the Esmeralda Resort & Spa Indian Wells. You will need your event ticket to access cocktail hour and the awards dinner & ceremony.
- 5:00 PM – Join us as we kick off the evening with a cocktail reception featuring photo opportunities, amazing views, appetizers and cocktails.
- 7:00PM – Doors to dinner will open at 7:00PM and it is open seating (unless you purchase a table). The evening will begin with the presentation of the Professional Awards followed by dinner served at 7:15PM.
- 7:45PM – The awards ceremony presented by the R&D World staff will begin at 7:45PM.
