Schedule of Events

Join us for a delightful evening of celebration and networking with your peers. Please refer to the schedule of events below to plan accordingly.

• 3:00PM – Beginning at 3PM, you may check in with our events team in the lobby of the event venue (Coronado Island Marriott Hotel) to pick up your event tickets to access cocktail hour and the awards ceremony.
• 5:30 PM – Join us outside on the Poolside Lawn to kick off the evening with photo opportunities, amazing views, appetizers, and cocktails.
• 7:00PM – A plated dinner will be served upstairs in the Coronado Ballroom. Presentation of the five Professional Award winners.
• 7:45PM – The R&D World staff will begin with the awards ceremony presentation of winners.
